SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Shipping:

We ship our paper towel holders using FedEx Ground services from Maryland.  Each paper towel holder is securely packed and double-boxed. We ship to all contiguous US states.  Shipping costs for each paper towel holder are shown on the map:

Returns:
Our refund policy is 15 Days. Please contact Paxis Place to address the issue within 5 days of receipt. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the 15 day period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (it will only be approved if the item is in saleable condition). If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 608 Pasture Brook Road, Severn MD United States 21144. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, including insurance. The item must be returned to Paxis Place Pottery insured. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Handmade Pottery

Each piece of our handmade pottery is unique.  Please expect some minor variations in your paper towel holder to reflect the unique nature of your piece. 

Damage Procedures:

 

We make every effort to properly package our Paper Towel Holders to avoid breakage during shipping.  Each Paper Towel Holder is double-boxed and thoroughly padded.  However, if a piece should arrive broken, please contact me immediately but no later than 5 days from receipt, since we need to comply with FedEx/UPS procedures for damaged shipments.  Take photos of the external and internal boxes and the damaged item.  Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the paper towel holder.  We will let you know if FedEx/UPS will pick up the damaged item and packaging. Once we receive your photos showing the damage, and have reported the issue to Fed Ex/UPS we will ship you a replacement paper towel holder as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
