Beauty and Function! I discovered this beautiful paper towel dispenser at a juried art show and sale in the DC metro area. I bought one for our kitchen and couldn't be happier. Instead of an unsightly roll of paper towels on a rod or on the counter, we now have a functional piece of art that's easy on the eyes and equally easy to use.
